Delivery information

A wedding website created from a design template: a guest page that opens via one link, and a dashboard where you edit the website and collect your guests' replies.

Delivery is entirely online. There are no shipping or delivery costs.

Creating and editing a website is free of charge. Right after creation, your website is available at its own link, and your guests can open it free of charge for 12 hours (trial period). We send the link to your dashboard to the e-mail address you entered.

Payment is made in advance via our payment provider lava.top. As soon as the payment is confirmed, your website is activated automatically, usually within a few minutes. The link for your guests stays the same.

We confirm the activation by e-mail. This e-mail also contains the essential contract data.

An activated website stays open to guests until one month after the wedding date you entered. Your dashboard and all data are kept until 180 days after the wedding date and then deleted.

If your website has not been activated 30 minutes after payment, or you have not received the confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder and then contact us: [email protected] or https://weddinglink.eu/support.
