Your wedding website
A wedding website brings together the day's schedule, the address, a map, the dress code, music and an RSVP form behind one link. It's easy to share by WhatsApp, Telegram or email, and whenever you change something, guests see it straight away at the same link.
Yes. Choose a ready-made design, then set up the text, photos and sections you need in the editor, right in your browser. There's nothing to install.
Yes. Every design has a live demo, and once you've created your website, you can set it up for free.
You put together a page for your guests with the schedule, map, dress code and RSVP form. Guests open one shared link, or a personal link for their family. You edit the website and see the replies in your dashboard.
Guest replies
RSVP comes from the French “Répondez s’il vous plaît” — “please reply”. On an invitation it asks guests to let the hosts know whether they're coming. On WeddingLink, the RSVP form is part of your wedding website: guests confirm whether they're coming, how many of them there are and which menu they'd like, and you see every reply in your dashboard.
Guests open the invitation via the link and fill in the RSVP form: whether they're coming, how many of them there are, and their menu and drink preferences. The replies are collected in your dashboard.
Your dashboard shows who's coming, who might come and who can't make it, plus a list of replies: how many adults and children, and any other details your guests have shared. You can export the list to Excel.
In the editor, open the RSVP block and switch off the option for children. Guests will then only enter the number of guests, with no kids' menu or high chair. You'll find the same switch in your dashboard, in the RSVP form settings.
Payment
No. After you create your website, guests can see all of it for 12 hours. After that, they can no longer open it, but your dashboard is kept for at least 30 days. To make the invitation visible to guests again, activate your website in your dashboard — it's a one-off payment, not a subscription.
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others), with PayPal or – on Apple devices – with Apple Pay, on the secure page of our payment provider lava.top.
A message saying the invitation is temporarily unavailable — with no mention of payment. Your edits and any replies you've already received are kept: if the website stays unpaid and you don't open your dashboard for 30 days, it is archived and permanently deleted 30 days later.
Refresh your dashboard after a minute. If guests still can't open the website, contact our support team and we'll sort it out.
Your dashboard
Scroll to the bottom of your wedding website's dashboard, choose to delete it and confirm. Your dashboard and the guest link stop working immediately; all data is permanently erased after 30 days.
