Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Velqora Kft., Deák Ferenc u. 15, 1215 Budapest, Hungary, e-mail: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
If you requested that the service begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the service provided for in the contract.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service and only began the performance after you expressly agreed and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by us.
